Here is 5 quick ways to keep your in box clean

1:  make sure your spam folder is working so that all spam goes right to this folder.

2:  Make a rule in your in box for e-mails that you receive all the time that you want to review at a later date, you can set this up in your e-mail by setting up a folder and setting a rule, All contest e-mails go here.  That way they go right into that folder for your later review, this saves you from having them in your inbox.

3.  Make it a habit to reply to all important e-mail’s immediately than file or trash the e-mail.  This will get you in the habit of answering e-mail’s that are important quickly and help you so that you don’t miss opportunities, and also keep your inbox clean.

4.  Delete, Delete, Delete, make the decision when you open the e-mail is this something I need to save, if so move it to a folder, if not delete!  Also delete all your old sent e-mails or set up your server to automatically delete.

5.  Create folders for all the important things you want to review or have easy access too.

What’s coming up for 2010 At Girly Girl Studio, The Custom Handbag place to be!

We are excited about all the new things happening here at Girly Girl Studio.  We have new fabrics that we will be introducing in early 2010, along with additional fabrics throughout the year.

The really neat thing that we have going on are some of the unique bags we will be releasing.  Now people that have other needs will be able to have custom handbags and custom made cases that will work with various items they wish to carry.

Early January you will see the New “EpiPen” holder, this will be a create your own custom EpiPen case.  Lots of adults and children need to have an Epi Pen with them at all times, well now they can have a fashionable case to carry it in!  We are excited to be able to offer our unique cases.

Our pocket to purse concept is a hit, making our “Pursey Paks” the perfect way to have a hands free option and still be small enough to drop in a handbag when you need more.

We will start with my favorite the “Donna” each of our bags are named after the women in our lives that are close to our heart, whether they are relatives, girlfriends, or just people we have met along the way they have each touched our lives in some way and have therefore earned the badge of honor in bearing one of our custom handbags created just for them.

The Donna happens to be named after my sister-in-law, a friend, and mom of my 2 nieces and nephew, she’s a quiet women that has many facets.  This custom handbag we have named the Donna has 3 unique features, all that you will absolutely love.

The Donna is designed to hold credit cards, license, money, a tube of lipstick because we know we need to always have or gloss with us.  This bag is not only a custom handbag but a custom wallet.  I carry the Donna with me everywhere, it pops into my regular handbag, when i am out on a shopping trip I  use the shoulder long strap.  This allows me to carry the essentials I need to shop with, have hands free and keep the wallet close to my body.  When I want to just have the wallet with me i switch out the strap to my wrist let .  This is perfect for night time use, for running into the store or for a girls night out.    But the one really great way to wear the Donna and my favorite way is to take the wrist let strap and loop it through my belt loop, hands free, and right there on my belt loop.  So for those who truly hate those big bulky fanny paks this is a really special custom hand bag feature of girly girl studio.  www.girlygirlstudio.co
