What Forms of payment do you accept?
Girly Girl Studio accepts MasterCard, Visa and Discover. All of your personal and financial information is SSL, encrypted, using the most up todate methods of ensuring security. When entering credit card information be sure to enter your Billing Information.
How are orders shipped?
U.S. postal shipping on all U.S. domestic orders unless otherwise indicated. Shipping charges are based on order total and includes insuring of all products.
Do You Offer Gift Certificates?
Yes Girly Girl Studio gift certificates can be purchased and used on line and make great gifts.
Can I request a rush order?
Rush orders can be done on all "Premade" items and items in the online store. Custom orders require the alloted 3 to 4 weeks . We can do a Rush on Custom made handbags but a $35.00 rush order fee will be charged. Mark your comment field or your order as a "Rush" and we will handle. Rush orders on Custom bags will require 1 week lead time to complete the order.
Return Policy
Girly Girl Studio takes great pride in providing custom designer handbags. Using quality products and quality sewing standards. All products are guaranteed to be free from defects both in materials and craftsmanship. Any defect must be reported within 10 days of delivery of item.
Girly Girl Studio is not responsible for the normal wear and tear of a handbag or the actual out come of the design that is chosen.
Handbags are non-returnable.
What are your hours of operation?
Our online design center and store are available 24/7. Office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We do not have a bircks and mortar store, however our bags are offered at several boutiques (see our where we are page).

We are excited to have a growing number of Girly Girl Studio Consultants. Our Girly Girls hold home parties where you get to design and create your very own handbag.
